About

At Paige Burnell Yoga, I make yoga work for you. I specialize in creating flows specifically tailored to your wants and needs. My practices focus on strength building, functional mobility, and increasing flexibility through yoga postures and creative transitions.


The practice of yoga is for EVERYONE! I'd love to help integrate yoga into your life no matter your skill level, age, or if you are navigating chronic conditions.

I specialize in the hatha and vinyasa styles of yoga, but I'm also educated in teaching the yin and restorative styles. I’ve continued my education with in-depth yoga anatomy courses, as well as trainings on yoga methods suitable for anyone navigating physical limitations and certain chronic conditions.

I'm also experienced in incorporating a wide variety of meditation practices and pranayama (breath work) techniques into the practices I create.
